3 Prices
All prices are listed in euros (EUR) and include VAT.
Prices may change over time, but the price valid at the moment you placed your order will apply in any event.
4 Payment
Payment is required at the time of purchase. Orders are processed once payment has been received in full. Available payment methods are shown at checkout.
5 Order Acceptance
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. The sales contract is considered concluded once the order is accepted and confirmed.
In exceptional circumstances, I may need to decline or cancel an order (for example, due to availability issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraud). If that happens, you will be informed and fully refunded.
6 Production Time
Many pieces are made to order. Estimated production times are listed on each product page and should be understood as approximate.
Working by hand means small delays can occasionally happen — I appreciate your patience with this slower process.
7 Shipping
Delivery costs are calculated automatically and included in the final price. Once your piece is ready, it will be carefully packaged and shipped the next working day.
Shipping estimates are provided as guidance and cannot be guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances outside my control are unfortunately sometimes unavoidable.
If your parcel arrives damaged or something seems wrong, please contact me at info@studio-corvus.com as soon as possible so we can document the issue and find a solution.
If you prefer a specific courier, this can be arranged upon request.
You are always welcome to reach out if you have special delivery needs, and I will do my best to accommodate them.
8 Description of Goods
Photographs on this website serve as a visual guide. Unless clearly stated otherwise, the piece you receive will not be the exact same one shown. Each object is handcrafted, and small variations are a natural and intentional part of the process.
I encourage you to review the listed dimensions carefully, as objects can appear larger or smaller in photographs.
Colours, textures, and details may vary slightly depending on your screen, as well as the nature of the materials themselves.
9 Care & Wear
Jewellery is delicate by nature and evolves with time. Patina, small marks, and signs of wear are part of the life of an object and are not considered faults.
Care instructions are provided where relevant and should be followed.
10 Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
If you are located within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the item, without giving a reason.
However, this right does not apply to:
- items made to order
- customised or personalised pieces
Where withdrawal applies, items must be returned unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
11 Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact me as soon as possible.
In accordance with consumer protection law, you may be entitled to repair, replacement, or refund. I will always strive to resolve such situations fairly and thoughtfully.
