Every piece on this website carries the influence of teachers, collaborators, friends, and family who have shared their knowledge, creativity, trust, and encouragement.

This page is my way of saying thank you - and introducing you to some remarkable people whose work deserves to be discovered.
 

Christoph Steidl Porenta

Christoph was my first mentor in Slovenia - the person who welcomed me into the world of traditional goldsmithing.
As his apprentice, I learned not only technical skills but also the discipline, patience and respect that lie at the heart of craft.

After my apprenticeship, Tina became my mentor and has remained so ever since.
Tina teaches by walking beside you, sharing her knowledge while continuing to learn, explore, and grow alongside her students.
Her trust, bravery and genuine love for the craft have shaped my journey as a jeweller in countless ways.
The Goldsmithing School in Tržič has become much more than a place to learn.

It is a community of warm-hearted, passionate people, and always a joy to return to.

Almost every photograph on this website is the work of Nino.
She has an extraordinary ability to reveal not only an object, but also its character. Through her sensitivity, intuition, and remarkable eye for detail, she has given my work a visual language that is every bit as important as the objects themselves.
Working with Nino has been one of the greatest joys on this journey.
